The head of the Presidential Council (PC) of the Government of National Accord (GNA), Fayez Al-Sarraj, and his deputy, Ahmed Mitig, met, on Thursday in Tripoli, a common team from the sovereign institutions of the security and administrations of the national borders.
The meeting talked about the mechanisms to put a comprehensive strategy to manage and secure the Libyan borders. It also considered preparing a road map to stand against the illegal migration and human trafficking and also the organized crime.
The meeting was attended by delegates from coastal guards, crossing securities, the anti-illegal migration, and representatives from Defense and Interior Ministers and the general investigations.
By the conclusion of the meeting, the attendees agreed to form an ad hoc committee as an official body to communicate with neighboring countries and the International Community.
