The African Union’s justice of the peace, Ismaeil Sharki, said a high commission of different countries’ presidents will soon visit Tripoli and Tobruk in Libya to discuss reconciliation.
The Algerian News Agency reported Tuesday Sharki as saying that the date of the visit will be announced later.
He added that this visit comes to reactivate the high commission that was founded in 2011 in the African Union Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Sharki also indicated that the African Union did not and will not stop working on finding a peaceful and political solution to Libya’s crisis that has affected all its neighboring countries.
“The decision of the visit was made in a meeting the African Union held in November 08.” He concluded.
