French Ambassador: France to resume embassy work in Libya soon

The French Ambassador to Libya, Béatrice du Hellen, announced her country’s intention to reopen the embassy officially in Tripoli in the near future.

This came during a meeting with Vice President of the Presidential Council Ahmed Maiteeq, who welcomed the appointment of Du Hellen as ambassador to Libya.

Du Hallen reiterated the support of her country to the Presidential Council, stressing the importance of continuing cooperation to develop relations between the two countries in all fields.
