Forces loyal to Libya’s powerful general, Khalifa Haftar, say they have seized a third Mediterranean oil port from those loyal to the country’s Government of National Accord (GNA). Military spokesman Mohammad al-Azumi said Haftar’s forces were able to take control of Zuwaytina port and secure it completely on Monday.
