HoR announces candidacy conditions for next prime minister

During yesterday’s House of Representatives’ (HoR) session in Tobruk, chaired by Speaker Ageela Saleh, 13 conditions were set for candidates wishing to stand for the post of Libya’s next Prime Minister.
