Interior Minister calls for action to fill security vacuum in capital

Interior Minister of the Presidential Council (PC) Fathi Pashaga said Tuesday that the security vacuum in the capital is due to the lack of security arrangements and shortcomings, emphasising the need to form committees, in order to address the situation.
