The Libyan Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, gave on Wednesday a draft election law that was devised by a ministerial committee to a national committee that is tasked with implementing the government’s “Return of Trust to the People” plan.

Seventy six Libyan deputies issued a statement Tuesday refusing to discuss the formation of any committees outside the framework of the 12th constitutional amendment approved by the Parliament.

The Prime Minister-designate, Fathi Bashagha, stressed that his government had already started the steps toward assuming power, saying that his government, would not be seated in any other city than Tripoli.
