Libyan policemen have completed a training conducted by UNICEF on Child Rights and Child Protection.

  The European Commission is giving 2 million euros in emergency funding to assist Libyans who have been forced to flee homes due to worsening violence in the country.

Any party involved in military activities in Libya is in violation of UN Security Council Resolution 2174 and must cease such operations immediately, UNSMIL has declared. Failure to do so will result in targeted sanctions it has said.
