Joint statement by western countries and UAE supports legitimacy of NOC

Libya’s Tabu tribe rejects settlement offer by UAE on Murzuq massacre

The Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar reported that the Tabu tribesmen in Libya have rejected a financial offer from the UAE in exchange for closing the file of the aerial bombing of Murzuq town, which resulted in the killing of scores of civilians last August.

Berlin hosts meeting ahead of international conference on Libya

Berlin hosted a meeting ahead of the upcoming international conference on Libya slated for next November. The meeting was attended by representatives from the US, France, the UK, Italy, Russia, Egypt, the UAE, Arab League and European Union.
